You will be responsible for providing direct patient care and lead care coordination as a Nurse Practitioner, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, cost-effective, and evidence-based treatment plans that enhance patient outcomes and experience.

Schedule: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2) Pay: $73-111/hr
