We're looking for an experienced PMLD SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 9-18 with PMLD, ASD, and complex physical needs in a specialist Southwark school.

Job Title: PMLD SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: London Borough of Southwark
Pay: £95-£105 per day
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

The Role - PMLD SEN Teaching Assistant

Support students aged 9-18 with PMLD, ASD & physical disabilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Deliver sensory-based learning activities
Support communication (PECS, Makaton, AAC)
Assist with personal care, feeding, and mobility (essential)

What we're looking for

Experience as a PMLD SEN Teaching Assistant (or similar)
Strong understanding of ASD, PMLD & complex needs
Confident with personal care duties
