Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMV Manager to oversee and optimize our fleet of construction equipment, machinery, vehicles, and plant assets located across multiple sites in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control the PMV asset register across all locations.
• Conduct technical evaluations of machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
• Assess assets and recommend whether to repair, refurbish, retain, transfer, dispose of, or sell.
• Monitor equipment utilization, condition, maintenance history, and lifecycle costs.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance programs, and major repairs.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from workshops, suppliers, and service providers.
• Ensure the company receives fair market value when purchasing, repairing, or disposing of assets.
• Support project teams in equipment allocation and mobilization planning.
