Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end new business insurance applications and policy issuance
- Liaise with insurers, underwriters, relationship managers, and clients on case progress
- Follow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding documentation
- Ensure accuracy of policy documentation and data entry
- Support policy servicing requests, amendments, and endorsements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements - 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales, operations, policy servicing, or new business support
- Knowledge of life insurance and underwriting processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
