GCU UK Ltd is continuing to expand its Full Fibre (FTTP) delivery portfolio and is seeking experienced Poling Gangs to support ongoing network build programmes across Southwest England. This work forms part of large‑scale fibre roll‑out projects supporting future‑proof telecoms infrastructure.

The role will involve the installation, replacement and reinforcement of telecoms poles to support overhead fibre networks, working in line with industry standards, safety legislation and client specifications.

The Role

Working as part of a dedicated poling gang, you will carry out all aspects of telecoms pole installation and associated civils activities on live networks.
