We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to oversee warehouse and dockside operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in FLT B1 operations, stevedoring, and warehouse logistics, who can lead a team in a fast-paced port environment.

JOB ROLE

Lead and supervise a team across warehouse and dockside operations
Oversee loading and unloading of vessels (stevedoring duties)
Ensure safe and efficient cargo handling and movement
Operate FLT (B1 Counterbalance) and other MHE when required
Manage goods in/out, stock control, and dispatch activities
Monitor and drive team performance and productivity (KPIs)
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations
Conduct briefings, training, and mentoring of staff
