MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To transport and escort patients, equipment, files and related items between different departments of a hospital to support hospital operations in delivering the highest standards of care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Transport and escort patients safely to a pre-determined location.
• Assist with evacuations during emergency situations.
• Execute Driver function (as per hospital request and within hospital guidelines).
• Ensure integrity and confidentiality of patient rights and Mediclinic values.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 10

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Client services / Dealing with the public
