Duties & Responsibilities

As the Accounts Portfolio Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Each month, conduct thorough checks on each building within the portfolio and compile monthly financial statements, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
2. Ensure that all monthly contracts and municipal accounts are paid, with accruals made where payments are outstanding.
3. Verify that recoveries are accurately raised for operational costs and utilities.
4. Coordinate with Centre Managers regarding accruals and financial projections.
