Responsibilities

Accountable for achieving the Group’s Client Portfolio Target, by:

Drive performance within a sales team (5-10 people) to deliver against RM sales targets Ensure that Sales processes are complete and adhered to, & service processes and that target tracking is kept up to date Identify shortfalls in the sales process and help improve efficiency and productivity Track key productivity metrics and manage the team against key outcomes. Drive improvements in the quality of data and reporting offered to clients Develop strategies for acquiring new advertising customers, and retaining and upselling existing customers Assist in the hands‑on management of strategic brands and support client engagement for high-value advertising customers Manage and support a team of Sales Specialists with day‑to‑day operations Coach the advertising sales team to improve their sales skills and pipeline‑building performance, closing deals, and retaining business.
