Job Introduction
As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Development Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs by promoting person-centred, evidence-based approaches to behaviour support. Working collaboratively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams, you will assess behavioural needs, develop and implement tailored PBS plans, and provide training and coaching to frontline staff.
