The Manager of PPI Business Systems is responsible for the implementation of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Continuous Improvement Business System and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) in Latin America. In this role, you will work closely with business leadership and steering committees to establish and mature the PPI Business System, Project Management, and other Lean tools to efficiently manage businesses.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead/work with commercial and functional teams to enhance processes to improve customer experience and spread an action-biased culture and critical metrics.
- Drive impactful results directly linked to leader's key performance indicators beyond simple problems and projects.
- Improve problem-solving capabilities within teams to increase autonomy and pace of change.
- Manage PPI project funnel to guarantee the team is addressing priority topics in the region.
