The Lavenburg Medical Group Practice Director will oversee thriving Ophthalmology and Optometry Practices and/or Surgery Centers. The Practice Director works in conjunction with the leadership team to work towards the operational and financial success of the Practice.

• Responsible for communicating and modeling the company’s mission, strategic vision and culture.
• Oversees the business and financial affairs of the practice in conjunction with the leadership team.
