We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Educator to support the growing workforce within the West Wing Clinical Research Centre (WWCRC). This role will lead on education, clinical competency, and workforce development across the unit, supporting staff delivering increasingly complex oncology clinical trials. The successful candidate will coordinate induction and onboarding programmes, deliver teaching and clinical training, support competency assessment, and contribute to improving staff experience, retention, and professional development.

Main duties of the job

A key aspect of the role will be working closely with clinical research teams, pharmacy, and other multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to service delivery across the unit.
