Practice Group Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Practice Group Assistant at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to build hands-on experience in a large, fast-paced law firm while working alongside talented lawyers, paralegals, and business professionals on sophisticated finance matters.

The Practice Group Assistant will assist partners and associates in all aspects of full cycle finance transactions and practice management. The Practice Group Assistant will assist with (1) preparation of, and coordinate receipt and distribution of, all closing deliverables with multiple parties; create checklists tracking closing timelines and response deadlines,; (2) manage a deal closing process; (3) assist the finance team in managing projects and tracking of tasks, including business development and client management.
