Role Overview

The Practice Lead: Digital Learning is a strategic and operational leadership role within Group Learning at The PPS Academy. This manager-level position is primarily responsible for ensuring that PPS employees are equipped with the skills needed to realise value from the organisation’s significant investment in technology. This role is responsible for future-proofing PPS by designing learning paths that enable PPS staff to be highly capable in their current roles and ready for their future ones. The Practice Lead is also responsible for designing, institutionalising, and scaling digital learning, AI enablement, and technology-driven capability building across The PPS Group.
