Practice Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the overall Microsoft practice strategy, including roadmap and operating model aligned with organizational and client priorities
• Position Microsoft platforms as a key enabler of business growth, customer engagement, and digital transformation
• Establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across Microsoft technologies
