The post will be based at Drumchapel Health Centre, Drumchapel, Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically driven pharmacist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, leading Chronic Disease Management services, and playing a central role in modern primary care prescribing within Scotland.
