Retail Store Manager for LuxLexicon in Malaysia, driving commercial success in the local luxury resale market. Responsibilities

• Own the pricing strategy for all secondary luxury inventory in Malaysia, considering condition, rarity, demand, and local market dynamics.
• Continuously adjust pricing to maximise profit margins and inventory turnover.
• Make critical decisions on which items to acquire and which to pass on, preventing dead stock and capital tie-up.
• Provide leadership with insightful analysis on market trends, emerging premiums, and softening categories.
