Preconstruction Estimator I

Position Overview

As a Preconstruction Estimator I, you'll support the early phases of commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, and controls projects by assisting senior estimators with quantity takeoffs, pricing, bid preparation, and basic risk/opportunity identification. Working under guidance, you'll help develop accurate conceptual and detailed estimates while learning industry best practices in a collaborative, people-first environment.
