The Prep Cook is responsible for the production of all food items as listed on the daily prep sheet according to Torchy's standards and recipes.
What you'll be doing:
- Food Production: Produce food items listed on the prep sheet, ensuring each dish meets Torchy's standards and follows recipes from the Taco Bible.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including the walk-in, and detail kitchen equipment daily.
- Station Setup & Breakdown: Properly set up and break down your station, ensuring readiness for the shift and cleanliness afterward.
