The Role

The Prep Sushi Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi ingredients, ensuring consistency in execution, and supporting the sushi team with mise en place, knife work, and food safety. You will play an integral role in the daily operations of our sushi program, maintaining the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.

• Execute precise knife work to prepare fish, seafood, and vegetables for sushi service.
• Assist in daily mise en place, including slicing, portioning, and marinating sushi ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all sushi prep areas, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
