Responsibilities

• Serves as the point of contact for the team when SE Manager is out of the office (helping align resources and coverage, attending meetings on behalf of Manager, following up on SE related projects).
• Works to customize highly complex configurations in response to customer needs with minimal to no supervision.
• Typically handles complex server opportunities plus associated services.
• Works with the sales and account management teams to craft proposals and present to prospects. Able to demonstrate strong analysis capabilities and technical knowledge by providing innovative, supportable technical solutions.
• Provides training to Sales Staff during initial sales training. Given priority to attend conferences, industry, and marketing events.
• Works with operational staff, as it relates to initiatives that affect the SE Team.
