Job Description
Job Descriptions - Design, develop and implement school-wide and age-appropriate preschool curriculum and learning environment
- Develop and provide training courses for teaching staff for curriculum implementation
- Monitor the curriculum implementation process and exercise control quality at all the centres according to the school curriculum guidelines
- Understand the training needs of staff at different levels, and arrange staff to attend appropriate internal or external training programmes for their upgrade
- Liaise and communicate with ECDA/MOE on curriculum issues, and participate in industry meetings and forums to continuously improve schools curriculum
Job Requirements - Candidate must possess at least Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, and preferably with a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE - Teaching or Leadership)
