Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a creative and engaging curriculum following early childhood education standards.Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.Plan and conduct activities that encourage language development, motor skills, and social interaction.Observe and assess students’ progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols.Develop and enforce classroom rules to teach appropriate behavior and responsibility.Collaborate with parents and provide regular updates on child progress and any concerns.Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in young learners.Stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices.
