**Position Purpose**

The President of Mercy Fitzgerald and Saint Francis Hospitals (Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic South (THMA South)) is responsible and accountable for executive leadership and operational direction to the Regional Health Ministry (RHM) that consists of the two hospitals and communities they serve within the regional operating structure. As a member of the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic executive team, the President actively engages in the creation and execution of strategies that enhance Trinity Health’s impact within Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic South.
