InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Setter to join a manufacturing company based in Aston. This role will be on a 6 -8 tempoary basis The duties of the Press Brake Operator will be: Setting up and operating press brake machinery Interpreting blueprints and engineering plans Selecting, positioning, and aligning dies Conducting pre-operation inspections Running the machine to bend metal sheets and laser blanks as per the job requirement. Monitoring the machine to ensure it functions correctly and that there are no errors during the operation. Inspecting the finished pieces to ensure they meet the required dimensions and tolerances. Reporting any quality issues to the relevant Management. Conducting regular inspections to ensure machinery operates smoothly. Identifying and resolving any machine problems to reduce downtime.
