Job Summary:

Working for a manufacturer of vibration, shock and noise control products, safely operate multiple rubber molding presses and support trimming of the molded parts.

There are two shifts available.

On 1 st Shift, the typical work schedule is Monday – Thursday from 530 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

On 2 nd Shift, the typical work schedule is Monday – Thursday from 345 p.m. – 2:15 a.m. There is a shift premium for the 2 nd Shift.

On both shifts, there is the expectation that overtime on Fridays may be mandatory.

Essential Job Functions:

• Run several rubber molding presses during any one shift.


• Support trimming of the molded parts.


• Read and follow work order instructions.


• Support fellow molders when needed.


• Perform preventive maintenance on the molding line.
