We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and cost modelling for our Customer Experience (CX) services across onshore and offshore delivery.
This is a hands‑on, technical pricing role focused on pricing accuracy, cost modelling and margin integrity. You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to support new deals, renewals and repricing activity through robust, well‑reasoned pricing outputs.
This is not a sales or negotiation role, but it does require strong commercial awareness and the ability to clearly explain pricing logic and assumptions to internal stakeholders.
