Looking for an MD with urgent care experience and/or critical care credentials to triage, organize and restore the patient care standards in the Long Term Care. Provider will work up to 40 hours onsite on a 30 bed high acuity unit where individuals have various chronic care conditions. MD will be a part of a multidisciplinary team to manage the healthcare on the unit.

• Urgent care or emergency care background is a plus


•  There is an officer on the unit, if there is a reason to, they can be at the place of the encounter


•  No cell phones allowed, but they will have access to an outside line 

NYS Active License Required
