Working in the Project Consulting environment, manage and maintain project schedule by:
Planning and setting up of project schedule with project stakeholders’ input using Primavera and/or MS projects Following project planning processes and company procedure on all assigned projects Ensure consistency and reliable progress reporting Highlight any deviation within the programme to the Project Manager, and assist with innovative and appropriate planning advice Implement planning logic, understanding inter dependencies and knock-on effects Highlight critical path and resource loading issues Track baseline vs actual progress on schedules Highlight risks to ensure project completion on time - raise early warnings with possible impacts to project schedule Weekly reporting to internal and external parties by means of schedule updates and progress reporting Assist subcontractors, align, and integrate project schedules and progress reports The role/s require t...
