This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer ready to take full ownership of projects , lead technical delivery, and play a key role in shaping both project outcomes and team development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the technical delivery of electrical design across diverse projects
- Develop early-stage design strategies aligned with client briefs and standards
- Act as the key point of contact for clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery
- Support commercial aspects , including resource planning and fee monitoring
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and apprentices
