Principal Advisor - Psychosocial Risk (Fixed-term until 25 June 2027)

This role offers a genuine opportunity to shape how psychosocial risk is understood and embedded across a large and complex public sector organisation, moving beyond simply applying pre‑defined frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of a Ministry‑wide psychosocial risk management framework.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and expert advice to senior leaders and governance groups.
  • Embed psychosocial risk management through collaboration, coaching and capability building across the organisation.
  • Use workforce data and insights to inform targeted actions that improve employee experience and reduce risk.
