Description:
Marsh is seeking an experienced senior broker with a strong background in account management within Property and Casualty to join our Corporate team. This role will be based in Hobart. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Principal Broker – Corporate & Commercial
This role will provide exposure to leading and participating in the designing and placement of complex insurance programs whilst also engaging in new business tenders and proposals and building a network of opportunities.
We will count on you to:
Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, drawing on a network of specialist support from within the business, to ensure strong account retention and defence.
Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio through new logos and organic expansion.
