Job Description
In this role, you will become part of the Performance Excellence Pillar. The role is intended to work on Quality escape, RCA, KPI, and strategic prediction by analyzing data countries/clusters. You will have the opportunity to lead continuous improvement projects, according to the requirements, and deliver the expected business impacts. You will be working closely with Process Engineers, BAU Leads, Transformation on compliance-related initiatives and local projects.
Analyze and identify areas for improvement in BAU (Business as Usual) processes and drive convergence of processes and tools
Identify and implement solutions that translate into standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs
Evaluate, develop, and implement policies and procedures, mapping business processes, capturing and sharing best practices between the respective countries and regions
