Principal Endpoint Engineer

Onsite | Austin, TX | 6-month Contract


Robert Half is partnering with an enterprise healthcare client to hire an Endpoint Engineer. This position will be responsible for leading device engineering, automation, and deployment initiatives.


Responsibilities:

+ Architect and deliver modern endpoint solutions supporting clinical care, outpatient facilities, and administrative offices

+ Design and deploy proximity-based authentication workflows for shared clinical devices

+ Develop and maintain automation frameworks using scripting and tooling for device provisioning, software deployment, and patching

+ Establish and maintain standardized workstation configurations across shared and assigned devices

+ Partner with infrastructure and network teams to ensure secure device connectivity

+ Implement Zero Trust principles
