Responsibilities

• Review of the RFP/tender document, presentation of various system design cases of BESS philosophy, preparation of SLD and a high level BOQ in line with the tender document.
• Review and benchmarking of International RFPs and undertake best practices.
• Bid strategy: Conduct BESS sizing and prepare business case review.
• Evaluation of techno-commercial proposals from selected BESS integrators and EPC contractors. Preparation of technical specification for Battery system in accordance with the tender basis on which Vendor evaluation, comparison and selection.
• Identifications of Risks, both in the technical domain and contractually, and mitigation of those risks.
• Energy forecasting in case of Solar + BESS project. Energy available at the grid level, Energy available for charging the BESS system. Duration of charging and schedule of charging to be decided accordingly and same as per the tender requirement. ...
