JOB SUMMARY: Provide technical solutions through the translation of user needs and business requirements into high level and detailed design for the Spectrum Mobile Development team to be able to pick up for development work. Design, develop, modify, enhance and implement software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives. Work closely with Architecture, Product, Network Operations, and Back-End service development teams.
