Overview
Client is seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead UX/UI and customer experience strategy for digital products and capabilities that support patient, customer, and internal stakeholder engagement. This role will serve as a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert, helping shape design standards, drive product experience innovation, mentor junior designers, and deliver seamless, compliant, user-centered digital experiences.
