Partner with the AXE Initiative Product Lead and Product Managers to develop and maintain a revenue strategy that maximises TFT’s business model in a sustainable and player-focused mannerLead the AXE Insights pod: Manage the team’s roadmap, coordinating work between the Los Angeles and Singapore teams to ensure effective identification and prioritization of work Mentor and guide more junior Insights members in AXE LA & SG, providing constructive feedback and thought leadership to the teamChampion craft standards and maintain a high bar for the team’s workCreate and run systems & processes for the AXE Insights pods and with stakeholders Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.Ensuring TFT maintains an up to date understanding of its monetizer segments and the target audience for its events and revenue productsDrive...
