Pioneer innovative clinical pharmacy services and mentor the next generation of pharmacists.

• Takes on a role of an educator and lead trainer, from pre-registrants to senior pharmacists and above with the aim of training pharmacists to be advance generalists specialists. Crafts out necessary learning objectives, curriculum, materials to ensure pharmacy department is well equipped with updated skills and knowledge.
• Work in collaboration with other departments, clusters and/or organizations for cross department education and training.
• Reviews written/electronic order form (medication chart, medication record or prescription) to ensure drug prescribed is appropriate.
• Provides drug information service to health care professionals.
• Involvement in clinical services such as attending multidisciplinary rounds and running ambulatory services.
• Dispenses and counsel patient on medication prescribed by doctor. <...
