Responsible for developing, optimizing, and integrating semiconductor processes to meet technical and yield targets, supporting product transfer, and resolving process-related issues.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize custom or derivative semiconductor processes.
- Conduct DOE, monitor process metrics, and maintain ET/CPK standards.
- Identify and resolve integration issues and yield opportunities.
- Run prototype lots and support process change requests.
- Liaise with internal and customer engineers on technical concerns.
- Document processes and create FMEA for new/derivative processes.
Ideal Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor process integration or technology development.
