Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead process engineering activities across project stages including options assessment, basis of design, detailed design, procurement support, commissioning, and optimization to ensure project success
- Define and integrate treatment strategies such as BNR, MBR, MBBR, tertiary/advanced treatment, disinfection, and sludge/energy solutions (AD, CHP, biosolids) to meet project requirements
- Develop and review process deliverables including mass balances, hydraulics, PFDs, P&IDs, control philosophies, process datasheets, and equipment specifications to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
- Perform and validate process modelling and simulations using tools like BioWin, GPS-X, and WEST to analyze scenarios and meet effluent targets and resilience goals
- Lead design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID sessions, value engineering, and constructability assessments to ensure alignment with codes, permits, and client standards
