About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished, values-driven Principal Recruiter to join our team. This position is designed for an expert in candidate engagement, stakeholder relations and recruitment strategy. While you will be paired with a dedicated Sourcer to help build talent pipelines, your primary focus will be the high-touch orchestration of Candidate Management—guiding executive-level talent from initial contact through complex assessments, offer calibrations, and onboarding.
