What You'll Do

• Lead strategy → system → flows → UI → motion for 15+ modules across verticals
• Create a tokenized Figma system (Variables/Modes) that maps 1:1 to FlutterFlow themes/design library for rapid cloning.
• Ship micro-interactions and animated feedback with Rive/Lottie that run natively in Flutter
• Design ethical gamification loops (progress, streaks, rewards) that drive adherence—no dark patterns
• Prototype, test, and validate; ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance and smooth handoff to engineering
• Work autonomously with daily WhatsApp updates and a weekly demo/call; build in our Figma
