Job Description
- Develop and optimize multi-stage wire drawing processes, including pass schedules and reduction strategies to improve overall process capability.
- Drive improvements in production efficiency, operational stability, drawing speed, and thermal management throughout wire drawing operations.
- Lead engineering initiatives related to lubrication performance, cooling systems, and drawing die optimization.
- Create and implement global standards and best practices for wire drawing technologies across manufacturing sites.
- Enhance the metallurgical performance of wire rod, solid MIG wire, and strip materials used in flux-cored wire (FCW) production.
