Job Description

-Advanced degree in relevant field and 8+ years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree in relevant field and 15+ years relevant experience. Experienced and capable to plan and manage information technical projects and operations; workforce management; and oversight and management of contract performance and deliverables. The Principal Engineer shall also function as the Project Manager (PM) and shall act with full authority on behalf of the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of services being provided under this contract. The PM shall have experience with and be knowledgeable in all aspects of the PWS. The PM shall perform other PWS duties and tasks in addition to his/her management duties and responsibilities.
