Walker Laird Solicitors are expanding our private client department and providing an exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join our Private Client team in the Renfrewshire area.

We are looking for an individual who can work on their own case load and when required work effectively with junior and senior colleagues. We would like to speak to paralegals or Solicitors (2yrs PQE+) who have experience in the following practices:

Estate planning, Will drafting, Power of attorney drafting, Trust drafting, Dealing with the administration of executries and trusts and Tax mitigation.

Candidates should have the following skills:

• Provide good written and oral communication to clients and colleagues
• Self motivation and driven
• An understanding of fees and department targets
• Applied knowledge at Paralegal or STEP Member level
