Job DescriptionAn excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an ambitious and progressive firm with strong vision and growth strategies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of private client matters;
- Drafting wills and trusts;
- Preparing probate applications and administering estates of varying complexity;
- Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney;
- Handling contentious and non-contentious probate matters;
- Making applications to the Court of Protection and advising elderly and vulnerable clients;
- Preparing deeds of variation and advising on gifts;
