Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of rigorous experience within a Tier 1 global investment bank, top‑tier strategy consulting firm (MBB), or recognized private equity fund.
• Exceptional proficiency in advanced financial modeling (LBO, DCF, M&A), valuation techniques, and commercial due diligence.
• MBA from a globally recognized top‑tier business school or an active CFA Charterholder designation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex financial modeling, scenario analysis, and valuation of potential global acquisition targets across technology, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.
