This popular US firm with an established funds practice is looking to hire an ambitious lawyer to advise fund sponsors on all aspects of private equity and venture capital funds internationally on deals ranging from US$10 million to over US$5 billion. The team works with start up and established fund sponsors across the private fund lifecycle, including regulatorypliance,ernment enforcement, global distribution, trading, and the ongoing operations of funds. The role is mainly focused in the mid-market private equity space and you will be working with clients to design their structures, set the terms of the fund and negotiate terms with investors.
